Any requested specific delivery time is not guaranteed.

If you wish us not to call before delivery, kindly leave your remarks upon checkout. Pls note that if recipient is unavailable upon delivery time, we’ll keep you informed & make alternative arrangement for second re-delivery with surcharge.

Place such as hospitals & hotels that don’t allow delivery to wards/rooms due to health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception (along with the recipient info) and get them to pass to recipient.
